Curating social-ready assets…

The Western Australian Government has announced a $500,000 investment in a sustainability program aimed at helping households and small businesses save energy and cut down on electricity bills. The initiative, titled Switch Your Thinking, is a joint effort with local governments, including the City of Armadale, City of Gosnells, and Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale .

As part of the plan, residents across WA will gain access to do-it-yourself energy audit toolkits through their local libraries, helping them perform home energy assessments. Workshops focusing on reducing energy use and planning for electrification will also roll out through 2025. This hands-on approach empowers households to take control of their energy consumption, leading to long-term savings.
